John A. Norton is a founder and the managing partner of Norton Jackson & Company.
Prior to founding Norton Jackson, John served as president of the Lehigh Valley Easy Pages, a multimedia and business directory company based in the Lehigh Valley. He identified the investment opportunity, raised the capital and was responsible for all operations of the business up to its sale to a strategic acquirer in 2013.
Prior to LVEP, John was the president of Paradyme Corporate Advisors, a mid-market mergers and acquisitions firm based in Harrisburg. Notable transactions included the sale of Bryfogle’s Nursery to Hines Horticulture, a portfolio company of Madison-Dearborn Partners, the sale of Hauck and Sons to a strategic acquirer and a thirty million capital raise to fund the start of Clearshot Communications, a wireless tower operator.
John began his investment banking career working for Acquest International, a boutique investment banking firm based in New York City and Philadelphia. His primary role was to work with some of the country’s leading private equity firms on consolidation plays. He worked with firms including Golder Thoma GTCR, Keystone Capital Inc., Hudson River Capital and The Louis Marx, Jr. Group.
John earned a Bachelor of Arts from Lock Haven University. He lives in downtown Harrisburg and enjoys playing tennis and learning to fly. He is a founder of the Harrisburg Young Professionals.
Aaron C. Jackson, Esq. is the founder of Jackson Law Firm, PLLC and a founding partner of Norton Jackson & Company. His law firm focuses on business planning services, including asset protection, tax planning and business succession. Additionally, Jackson Law Firm, PLLC provides general business counsel services to its business owner clients.
Prior to founding Jackson Law Firm, PLLC and Norton Jackson, Aaron served as a shareholder for two premier Harrisburg law firms in their tax departments. He has dedicated his career to serving the needs of clients in the Central Pennsylvania region.
Aaron serves as President of the Estate Planning Council of Central Pennsylvania, Chairman of the Board of Bethesda Mission, and is a member of the Board of the West Shore YMCA. He is an avid golfer and serves on the Membership Committee of the West Shore Country Club.
Aaron is a graduate of the Dickinson School of Law, Pennsylvania State University, class of 2005. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Liberty University in 2001.
Julia Jackson serves as the Business Manager for Norton Jackson & Company, supporting the company’s operations in the areas of finance and accounting, business development, office management and client relations.
Prior to joining Norton Jackson in 2017, Julia served as the Deputy Director, Insurance Pool Operations for the County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania (CCAP), and the Executive Director for the Society of County Human Resource Professionals of Pennsylvania (SCHRPP).
Julia is graduate of Liberty University with bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing Concentration. She maintains both the Professional of Human Resources (PHR) and Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications, and is a licensed insurance producer in areas of Accident and Health, Life and Fixed Annuities.
Norton Jackson was founded by two entrepreneurs who are passionate about working directly with business owners and operators to help them grown and maximize the value of their business.
